Our 33rd Adirondack VetteFest Weekend
will be held September 5-7, 2025. The Host Hotel is The Queensbury Hotel 88 Ridge Street, Glens Falls, NY. www.thequeensburyhotel.com Lodging and Meal reservations MUST be made directly with the Hotel The standard double occupancy lodging and food package price is $300 per person which includes 2 nights lodging, Friday Reception & Saturday Cocktail Hour with hors d'oeuvres, Saturday Banquet Dinner, one well drink coupon per person, and all taxes, gratuities, and fees. Single occupancy lodging and food package which includes all of the above is $496. A special discounted room only rate of $129 a night for those who would like to come in early or stay longer. VetteFest 2025 Events include:

• Friday: Registration and a 2 Hour Welcome Reception with Chef’s choice of hors d’oeuvres
hosted by The Queensbury Hotel.
Afterwards, participants are free to enjoy the many wonderful shops,
restaurants and pubs in downtown Glens Falls
or travel up to Lake George to take in the Adirondack Nationals Car Show
to see the hot rods and classic cars on display and cruising the streets
• Saturday: Bob Loggins Memorial Scenic Adirondack Road Tour that will include a stop for lunch
• Saturday evening: VetteFest Banquet preceded by a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres
hosted by The Queensbury Hotel. There will be a 50/50 drawing, great Raffle Items
and an evening of entertainment.
• Sunday: All Corvette Car Show, 10AM to 2PM on Maple Street between The Queensbury Hotel and City Park
The first 100 registrants will receive a goodie bag and dash plaques
There will be Trophies, 50/50, fantastic Raffle Baskets
and Music all day presented by Jason Irwin from 93 WSC The Legend
